Naming briefs and AI processing
When you request names or AI name review, the mark, goods description and any supplied style or notes are sent through the server-side function to the configured AI provider. The current provider is Doubao through Volcengine Ark. These fields are used to produce names, explanations or a limited naming triage. Do not submit confidential formulas, personal identity documents or secrets in the brief.
The application does not persist briefs or generated responses in its own database. It requests that API response storage be disabled. That setting is not a promise about all provider-side logging or retention; the provider's terms and data policies apply. The hosting platform may process operational request metadata.
Browser planning information
Selected goods, the prepared budget and your chosen naming brief can be kept in session storage to carry a plan between pages in the same browser tab. It is not a public profile or an account. You can clear the plan using the page controls or by clearing this site's browser data. Session data is normally cleared when the browser tab's session ends.
There are no advertising cookies or advertising trackers included in this implementation. Hosting infrastructure may use its own operational mechanisms. We do not load third-party fonts for the interface.
Email and the separate enquiry service
An email draft stays subject to your email application's behavior until you send it. Email you send is handled to respond to the enquiry and, where agreed, to provide the requested service. Professional matter records may need to be retained for the engagement and applicable obligations.
The linked client enquiry service is a separate application with its own privacy notice. Review that notice before submitting information or uploading documents there. We do not silently submit a naming brief to that service.
Requests and corrections
You may contact us about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent. Include enough context to locate the enquiry, such as the email address used and approximate date. Applicable obligations or an active matter may affect whether a record can be deleted immediately.
