What to include
Your original wordmark, Chinese candidates, products and launch plans are the useful starting points. If you have already selected catalogue items or calculated a budget in this browser tab, the form includes that plan for you to review.
For a time-sensitive matter, say what creates the deadline and provide the relevant date. If you hold an existing filing or registration, include its country and number. You do not need to disclose passwords, identity documents or payment information in an initial enquiry.
Choose the channel that works for you
The email action opens a message addressed to hello@mycntm.com in your email application. Review and send it there. This page does not claim a request was received merely because an email draft opened.
If you do not use a desktop email application, use the online enquiry form. That form accepts a search request without a password and explains its own privacy and follow-up process. You can copy your prepared brief before opening it.
What happens next
The next step is to clarify the names, intended goods and scope of review. A written proposal should identify the mark, applicant, classes, included work and total. Additional proceedings or substantial changes should be agreed separately.
Using the tool, creating an email draft or making an enquiry does not file a trademark application. Do not assume that a date has been secured until the relevant filing has actually been made and reported.
